Covid-19 Wider School Reopening

Some parents and carers have told us that they would like to send their children back to school in June. The majority of our families have said they wish their child(ren) to return in September. This is your choice and you will not be fined if children do not return this half term.

This page contains information shared with parents and carers regarding the wider reopening of school.

Dear Parents,
We have put together a set of resources that you will be able to access on our school Blended Learning website that the children can do at home. We hope that this will help them keep them up to date with their learning while the school is closed.

After you have registered below enroll on the home learning section. You are also welcome to access all other areas within the Blended Learning site.

We have made it easier for everyone to access the home learning content click the link below.

Last year we trialled video learning in Reception and Year 4. This involved a teacher modelling a specific learning skill which would then be covered in the classroom the following week. Research has shown that exposure to these new skills in advance of them being taught in school can really help children with their confidence, independence and learning.
As a result of the work completed last year, we have decided to launch Blended Learning in all year groups.
