Year 2 - What a term! Well... we have come to the end of a busy term and what a term it's been! The children put on a fantastic show for our Nativity 'Lights, Camel, Action' .Thank you for all of your support and to everyone who came to watch our performances, we really do have talented children in our school!  We have also enjoyed our trip to the theatre to watch 101 dalmatians and have had fun this week making Christmas crafts. (Look out for our cards and calendars in our book bags)   This week, we completed our finale of our topic 'Around The World in 35 days' We have used our imaginations to create different model houses from around the world and placed them on a huge map  in the playground. We have learnt so much about the different continents and loved finding out about different Christmas traditions from around the world.    All of Year 2 staff wish you a happy and safe holiday and we look forward to seeing you back on the 8th of January with a brand new term.
